Abîme, the new album from the Céline Voccia Trio, showcases the formidable talents of three of the finest musicians on the Free Jazz scene today. Abîme – das Debut Album des Céline Voccia Trios, zeigt die beeindruckenden Talente von drei der hervorragendsten Musiker der heutigen Free Jazz-Szene. Die Pianistin Voccia wird von Jan Roder am Bass und Michael Griener am Schlagzeug begleitet. Gemeinsam erschaffen sie eine erstaunenswerte Klangwelt, die die Spontaneität des Free Jazz mit den Strukturen der modernen Komposition und den Aufführungspraktiken der Avantgarde verbindet.
Besonders bemerkenswert ist das Zusammenspiel der drei beteiligten Musiker.
